Mr. Abhijit Pati is the founder and Chairman of Oditechno Consultancy and is the vision behind the inception of Oditechno. Spanning a corporate career of more than 40 years, Mr. Pati’s contribution to the evolution of Primary Aluminium in India is significant. At the helm of affairs for global conglomerates like Alcan, Hindalco, Vedanta Aluminium and India’s first PSU Bharat Aluminium, Mr Pati was instrumental in shaping up world-class aluminium projects in Odisha and Chhattisgarh. Mr. Pati initiated Oditechno with the primary purpose of supporting business and industrial ventures in India and beyond with technical advisory of global repute to provide end-to-end solutions for debottlenecking business challenges and fostering upward momentum in business ecosystems sustainably.
Mr Pati led as CEO Vedanta’s Aluminium 2 million Ton annual capacity Complex in Odisha backed by 3615 MW Power generation with Annual revenue of USD 2 billion, EBITDA of USD 800 Million leading 12000 Direct and Indirect Head Counts. At Bharat Aluminium, Chhattisgarh he led a 6-lakh ton Aluminium facility backed by a 2000 MW Power base with 100KTPA Aluminium Rolled Product and as Whole-time Director and Member of Balco Board and conceptualised 1MnT Club journey of Balco as 6th largest single location aluminium smelter in globe with best in class leading edge technology. Driving 8000 Direct and Indirect people with 1bn $ turn over having EBITDA of 300 Mn$. All in one premises, considered as the Single Location largest Aluminium producing facility.
